Due to the aggravating epidemic situation in St. Petersburg, at the moment we shall be unable to fully implement our plans, and hold the full-fledged conference of the Bosporan Phenomenon: Mikhail Rostovtsev and the Bosporan Kingdom. Looking back from the 21st century, dedicated to his 150th anniversary.
After discussion and comprehensive consultations, the Organizing Committee decided to limit the conference to one day – October 27 – to provide an opportunity to speak (in person and online) only to those colleagues whose papers are directly related to the life and work of M.I. Rostovtseff, or are devoted to comparing his views on the Bosporan kingdom with contemporary ideas.
